Armed and Ready [Video//Offline]

[Alex was sitting on her rooftop, her yellow scarf only visible rather thickly packed around her neck, as the rest of it is tucked into her coat. It just might get in the way if she has to get down and dirty with the snowballs. She had been waiting patiently, silently... and eventually she got bored.

So now you might see Alex wandering the streets of Adstringendum, tossing a snowball up and catching it in her gloved hands. She's trying to stay observant, but hey. This is Alex we're dealing with. Anyway, she still looks pretty upbeat.]

Now this is my kind of event!

[The back glow which was surrounding Raven intensifies in a burst as she morphs into a black bird of pure energy. The birds rushes between the snowballs and flies to the rooftop behind Alex where it morphes back into Raven.]

Azarath Metrion Zinthos!

[At her words, the snow wall behind Alex is surrounded by a black glow and divides itself into dozens of snowballs which all instantly aim for Alex.]

[Alex is pelted with all of those snowballs, cursing herself for making that wall.]

Hey! That wasn't fair!
[Raising her wand, she casts a spell on herself.]

[Gothru Mothru!
[Now any attack will pass straight through Alex's body.]

[Raven smirks.] All is fair in love and snowball fight.

[As Alex casts the spell on herself, she stops smiling eyeing her quizzically. It's like something in her body density has changed. Could she be using intangibility? She throws a snowball down at Alex to test her theory and yes it goes right through her. Of course she could keep aiming at her until the spell wears off but she'll never have the patience for that. She shrugs.]

You're withdrawing from the fight?

[Well yes, if she can't touch you, there's no point in going on with this... You know: game, fun and all those things, it's not like Raven really knows what that is.]

[Alex materializes a few more snowballs, launching them at Raven with a swish of her hands.]

[Same action, same reaction. With a flip of her wrist, all of Alex's snowballs are surrounded in a black glow and thrown back at her. Except that this time, due to her intangibility spell, they fly right through the girl to crash on the ground.]

No, you didn't but maybe we should. I'm afraid this might get boring after a while.

[She slowly lifts herself off the roof but turns towards Alex before flying away.]

This was a pleasant match though, Alex. We ought to do this again... with or without snow!
